They tried to email me the software to download but that wasn't a good link. They said due to too many issues implementing the change, they are changing some customers back. Since I was still able to check the weight of my mail I kept using my dymo scale and would manually enter the weight into the new software. They said my Dymo scale wasn't going to work with the new software and I would need to order an Onyx scale.
A day or two later my system wasn't working again. I asked if my dymo scale and printer would still work and was told yes. The person I spoke with advised that they were moving away from dymo so I was to delete the dymo software I was using. You end up on hold for 20-30 minutes.Ī few months ago my system wasn't working so I called customer service. I never had issues with Endicia until the last few months, when they tried implementing some changes.
